Thomas, our winemaker has now hand selected product from our neighbouring regions. Favourites picked for you to enjoy. This Shiraz is from the Granite Belt.

Viognier has become the flagship wine of Ocean View Estates and the 2011 vintage is no different. With intense apricot on the nose and palate this wine is fresh and crisp but with such character making it a great stand alone wine. The intensity of the fruit characters achieved even in the wettest summer in Qld indicates how well this grape is suited to our growing conditions.

What a treat! It’s peach all the way with this one. True to its varietal characters this wine is out to impress. Selected from a small vineyard on the estate where the vines are stressed and very low in vigour. All of the energy has gone in to producing the berries which were smaller and thicker skinned than other vineyards. Full bodied and fruity with a rich mouth feel and finish.

Delicate and bright with poached strawberry & berry characters. It is created by taking the juice off the skins after crush and then cold fermented giving it a light blush colour and refreshing palate. Pairs well with any seafood that’s on our menu! Bronwyn’s favourite dinner party wine!

This is a smooth, creamy white port that’s very hard to resist. Sexy and fruity. Enjoy it chilled, over ice or at room temperature. Perfect with cheese or citrus creamy desserts.

A classic Ocean View cabernet with deep plum colours and a fruity bouquet.  The tannins are firm and well balanced with a delicious berry sensation complemented by lingering dried fruit flavours. Superb with beef, lamb or duck.

Passionfruit on the nose with hints of peach on the palate which is followed by a creamy buttery finish. It is well matched with chicken or any creamy sauce dishes. This wine is also perfect with a cheese platter.

This wine was made with Ruby Cabernet and Shiraz grapes and displays all of the characteristics of a classical French Rose. It is a brilliant pink with ripe berry flavours. Fragrant curries or any dish with spice would match with this superb Rose.

This OV estate port displays the intensity of colour and a fruity bouquet that is characteristic of OCEANVIEW cabernet grapes and necessary for a high quality port. Warming and smooth and a perfect finish to your meal and especially good with a cheese plate or chocolate dessert.
