2007 SHIRAZ $22

This is a velvety, fruity, smooth Shiraz with a distinct dried fruit compote palate & bouquet. It has soft, ripe tannins with a rounded palate. It is well matched with lamb, or beef dishes.

2007 OV CABERNET $21

This wine displays deep plum colours and a fruity bouquet that is characteristic of Oceanview reds. The tannins are firm but well balanced with the classic cabernet berry sensation complemented by lingering dried fruit flavours.

2005 OV MOUNTAIN TOP RESERVE $25

The Mountain Top reserve, like the OV Cabernet, is made with ruby cabernet grapes that are ideal for the altitude and sea breezes at Ocean View. This wine has an intense colours and strong cabernet fruit bouquet that is representative of a reserve red. The reserve has velvet smoothness and mellowing fruit flavours. Great with beef or full flavoured meats.
