Extras on the day
There are no hidden extras in our packages. To the package prices you just need to add drinks, gazebo hire if required & cottages if required. Linen is black or white. Other colours can be arranged but may be a little extra(poa). If you require extra time for the evening (normal reception finishing time is 10.30) an extra charge of $300/half hour is applied until 12pm. If you wish to use your wedding cake as dessert you can take $6 off any of the package prices & cake will be served with cream & berry coulis.
Microphone & PA Hire at the gazebo is an extra $85. Mocrophone & PA hire in the function room is an extra $85. These provide facility for music as well if required.
The Gazebo
If you require a venue for your ceremony, we have the perfect setting on site just a two minute walk from the restaurant. The all timber gazebo is set on the lake and surrounded by vineyards with a view across the property. This can provide a beautiful casual setting, or we can make a more formal outlook by adding options such as white drapes from the centre and out to each post, a red carpet for your grand entry & topiary trees. The gazebo area has seating for around 50 people and plenty of space for standing room. We provide a table(with white table cloth) and chairs for the signing of the register.
If you should be lucky enough to have wet weather on the day, the gazebo has plastic blinds which can be easily rolled down and we have protable white gazebo’s for the guests.

Transport for your Guests
Ocean View Estate staff can arrange a bus pick up for your guests to and from our venue. Scorpian Bus Services (0438 700 799), Samford Shuttle Service (0438 222 100), Sunstate Bus Lines (07 3260 1666), Mt Mee Bus Charter(0404 575 158 provide quality coaches with all of the modern comforts including seat belts. There are many options on sizes depending on the numbers requiring transport. A price can be provided on application.
On site accommodation
For the perfect stay after your special event book yourselves, or your guests into one of our two beautiful vineyard cottages. Luxuriously furnished and nestled amongst the vines overlooking the lakes, you can relax and unwind with only a 200m walk, or drive to the restaurant and cellardoor.
